Privacy Policy

Updated 20 July 2026

This policy explains what AEO Audit Score collects when you use the tool, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.

1. Information we collect

Audit inputs you submit: the website URL, brand name, industry, city, an optional competitor URL, and your work email.

Usage data: pages viewed and events, collected via Google Analytics (approximate location, device/browser). Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit abuse.

The public content of the URL you submit is fetched and analysed to produce your report.

2. How we use it

To run your audit and generate the report; to email you the report and a one-time follow-up; to improve the tool; and, if you engage us, to contact you about implementation or monitoring services.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the service: Google Analytics (usage analytics), Google PageSpeed Insights (performance of the URL you submit), Perplexity (we query it about your brand and category to measure AI visibility — no personal data is sent), and Google Workspace (email delivery).

4. Cookies

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and preference cookies that remember your language and theme. You can block cookies in your browser; the tool still works.

5. Data retention

Audit reports and contact details are kept while they are useful to provide and improve the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email [email protected] and we'll action it.

7. Security & contact

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. This tool is not intended for children under 16. Questions: [email protected] · Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
